Thank you very much, the issue is solved, i removed the updates of true caller app, now my phone is switching-on fine. i had same "optimizing app 1 of 1" issue with my lenovo vibe k6 note. now the issue is solved. thank you very much for the solution.. My nexus 5 after latest 5.1 upgrade keeps restarting randomely and many times optimize the apps after restart. very annoying i already tried factory reset and device cache cleans, seems like an os issue.. I just had the same exact issue on the same exact phone. after doing some digging it seems like this happens when android has a problem optimizing one or more apps, so it stubbornly retries all of them. so i uninstalled apps one-by-one and rebooted, and the problem went away after uninstalling supersu..
